Architect Jesus Diaz Isaacs founded our firm in 1969. Since then we have participated in the local and regional market offering different services related to the industry of architecture and construction, achieving an important place in this market.
With the support of a team of committed professionals, we offer our customers a quality service, always ensuring the effectiveness and functionality of their projects. Considering how important is the sustainability of the new structures and the interaction with the environment, we analyze each design proposal to find low-impact solutions that can be integrated into the environment that surrounds them.

OUR HISTORY
In the year 1970, our company developed the first horizontal property condominium in Panama City, named Condominio Anayansi.
Adapting ourselves to the digital evolution and new methodologies, in the year 1992 we were the pioneers in our market in the use of technological tools that enabled us to develop the first digital architectural drawings.
Since the year 1995 we were precursors in the design of residential skyscrapers in Panama City, developing projects such as The Mirage and Platinum Tower, the last one recognized as the higher building made with a post-tensioning structure at that time in the world. This recognition was made by the POST-TENSIONING INSTITUTE of the United States of America.
In 1999 we introduced our philanthropic work, the new building of Hospital del Niño (The Children's Hospital), in the Architecture Congress of Chicago, USA.
Since 2005, in order to meet the needs and challenges of the real estate market, our company developed various residential building designs of great height and beauty, such as Bella Mare, Venettian and Palacio de la Bahía (97 floors), which have all contributed to the real estate boom in Panama City.
In 2007, our firm was invited to participate in the Biennial of Architecture developed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where Architect Jesus Diaz shared his work and made a presentation in regards to architecture in Panama.
As a member of the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE), in 2010, we participated in an altruistic way in the development of the design and remodeling of new offices, project that achieved the first LEED certification in Panama, under the category BD+C.
